Please include the app name, your device model and operating system version, the app version (shown in Settings), and a short description or screenshot of the problem. Never send passwords or payment card details by email.
Common questions
How do I restore my data on a new phone?
In apps that offer an account, sign in with the same account on the new device and your synced data will download automatically. Data that you chose to keep only on the device is not transferred.
How do I restore a purchase or subscription?
Open the app's Settings and tap “Restore purchases”. Purchases are tied to the Apple ID or Google account that made them. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies.
How do I cancel a subscription?
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I remove ads in Kurdipeyv?
Subscribe to Kurdipeyv Premium in the app. If you already subscribed on another device, tap “Restore purchases” in Settings.
How do I change my ad privacy choices?
In Kurdipeyv, open Settings → Privacy & ads. On iPhone you can also turn off tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; on Android, in Settings → Google → Ads.
How do I delete my account and data?

Notifications are not arriving.
Check that notifications are allowed for the app in your phone's settings and that battery optimisation is not stopping the app (Android).
