Delete your account
You can delete your account and its data at any time, from inside the app or by email.
In the app
- Open the app and go to Settings.
- Tap Account, then Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and synced data are deleted from our servers.
By email
Email info@mindnexuslabs.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request” and the app name. We confirm and complete deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your sign-in record, profile and all content synced to our servers (for example mood entries, learning progress or journal entries). Data stored only on your phone is removed when you uninstall the app.
What may be kept
Records we are legally required to keep, such as purchase records held by Apple or Google, and anonymous crash statistics that cannot identify you. Server backups are overwritten within 30 days.
